Karibu means "you are welcome."
In East Africa, karibu is what you say when someone arrives at your door. We named our company after it because a host's business depends on that moment. A guest opens the door, and the place either says welcome or it doesn't. Our job is to make sure it does.
Two owners you can call.
Karibu Care is run by [FOUNDER NAMES], a husband and wife in Kampala.
We're a new company, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that, in these early months, every job passes through our hands. Our numbers are on every booking. If something isn't right, you speak to us directly, and we fix it.
What you'll notice on the job.
On time. If traffic threatens our window, you'll hear from us before we're late, not after.
Professional. Our cleaners come in uniform, with shoe covers and organised equipment.
Thorough. We clean drains, mirrors and under the bed.
Respectful. Your caretaker gets a proper greeting, and your guest gets a proper welcome.
Consistent. We use the same checklist every time.
